On this May 4 2020 episode of Polemics Report, JD explains the Department of Justice opinion on prosecuting church attendees and argues that Christian leaders who said the government can close churches should be put on a church discipline trial and “ecclesiastically executed” (ex-communicated) for treason. He then went on to discuss Albert Mohler’s Trump endorsement and made predictions about how it would play out, while discussing the fall-out among woke evangelicals.

The Church in North America and Europe need to fall on our faces in repentance for how we have fallen. The Christian’s that are going to meet in the face of death every week in North Korea, Saudi Arabia and other hot beds of persecution must be gobsmacked at how the western churches have crumbled at the first sign of trouble. God have mercy on us all.

It is a sad day when the “pillar and ground of the truth” is shut down. It is funny that Christianity Today were praising Chinese Christian’s for continuing to gather and work during the breakout in Wuhan, but when it comes to their own country, they praise Pastors for shutting down. This will not end at the end of the covid 19 pandemic, the government will never give up this power.
